Quinta de Arcossó The late‑harvest white wine Quinta de Arcossó is produced in Arcossó – Vidago – the Ribeira de Oura sub‑region, on a 0.5‑ha plot that is part of an 8‑ha estate of newly planted vines (2017). It sits on a broad, medium‑altitude slope (450 m), facing southeast with a steepness of about 35 %. The soil is granitic. The grapes were harvested in a state heavily affected by Botrytis Cinerea; the alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless‑steel tanks, followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak barrels. Bottling took place in September 2022, followed by 12 months of bottle ageing. It may be decanted 60 minutes before serving, and should be served at 10–12 °C. Allergen information: contains sulfites.
