Quinta de La Rosa The summer months were hot and dry, with two days of rain at the end of August, providing ideal conditions for the grapes to mature and develop. We began harvesting on August 9, and the process extended for the next two months, pausing and restarting several times to ensure the grapes were picked at the optimal stage of ripeness. The conditions were perfect, and we produced grapes of excellent quality and concentration. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels from various cooperages (Francois Freres, Taransaud, and Seguin Moreau) before bottling.
