This rosé from Quinta de Lemos, crafted exclusively with Touriga Nacional, is a bold statement. The slow fermentation at just 13°C in stainless steel tanks results in a remarkably delicate blush, almost ethereal in colour, and bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries, subtly lifted by floral notes. The palate is surprisingly full and smooth, yet possesses a lovely persistence – you’ll definitely want another glass. Wonderful with grilled fish or a fresh salad, or simply enjoyed on its own, capturing the essence of the Dão region.
