Grown in a secluded spot, shielded by the mountains, it boasts the distinct freshness and character you’d expect from such a unique terroir. With 25 hectares of granitic soil, it promises a harmonious and subtly rustic experience – a favourite amongst Dão aficionados. The 18 months spent ageing in French oak gently amplified the complexity, though with an elegance that even the finest jasmine and chamomile couldn't quite match. A wonderfully smooth and velvety wine, perfect with delicate white meats or fish, or simply for pondering life’s bigger questions – and perhaps the merits of soil movement.”
