This Chardonnay is a truly elegant expression, meticulously crafted with a sensitivity befitting its origins. The slow, temperature-controlled fermentation has yielded a nine-month aging in used French oak with *battonage*, resulting in a wonderfully complex aroma of toasted bread and white stone fruit. It’s no surprise the wine press awarded it 87 points – the remarkable balance of acidity and richness, combined with those persistent, nutty notes, creates a genuinely memorable experience. Excellent with grilled fish or seafood, naturally.
