This Saes from the Dão is a real burst of fresh, ripe red fruit – it’s as if it’s just come off the vine at its peak. The tannins are remarkably well-integrated, alongside a vibrant acidity and a lingering, smooth finish. Seriously delicious with cured meats, or perhaps a hearty beef roast – a classic pairing, really.
