Our first Ramisco, a “Non‑Vintage”, means a blend of three distinct vintages: 2015, 2016 and 2017. It presents intense red fruit, accented with fragrant notes of living earth and a seductive herbaceous nuance. Naturally high acidity and imposing tannins are anchored by an expressive salinity. With, for now, 0.5 hectares planted, we proudly cultivate a grape variety so vital to the winemaking heritage of the Lisbon region.
