Quinta de Ventozelo In a hot and dry vintage, our 20‑year‑old Viosinho vines flourished under low rainfall and high temperatures. Disease pressure was minimal, and the early harvest driven by drought and heat was later tempered by the cooler September weather. This climatic rhythm yielded wines of exceptional quality, preserving ideal sugar, acidity, and phenolic levels for high‑quality harvests. Grown and hand‑picked in August, our grapes were subjected to meticulous processing, with fermentation carried out at 16 °C. Bottled in 2023, this vintage captures the essence of a uniquely growing season.
