Quinta de Ventozelo This LBV was produced from very ripe and well-balanced grapes, hand-harvested during the month of September, with a very careful selection. After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intensive maceration was then carried out during the first 48 hours to extract all the good components from the skins, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. The fermentation was halted at a predetermined point through the addition of grape spirit. Aged for 5 years in stainless steel and with passage through wood. Allergen information Contains sulphites.
