This Rosé from Quinta do Arcossó, straight from the heart of Trás-os-Montes, is a delightful surprise – it certainly doesn’t play by the rules. Grown on xisto-rich soils, it delivers a seriously vibrant acidity and those characteristic mineral notes, echoing the surrounding Serra. Primarily Arinto with a touch of Touriga Nacional, it’s remarkably light and refreshing, perfect with grilled fish or a perfectly poached egg. Quite frankly, it’s earned its gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition, and rightly so.
