Winemaking: Each grape variety is vinified separately, with the grapes fermented in stainless‑steel tanks and temperature‑controlled vats. After fermentation, a prolonged maceration of 7 to 15 days is carried out, and the wines age for 12 months in French oak barrels before the final blending. Pairing: It goes well with grilled meats, lamb or goat roasts, or hard sheep‑milk cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C. Consume in moderation.
