Quinta do Espinho. The wine is produced in a traditional granite press set to a controlled 25 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a stainless‑steel tank immediately after alcoholic fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine is transferred to a stainless‑steel tank. Half of the batch is aged in new French oak barrels (500 L each). Awards: 89 points from Robert Parker; 16.5 points from Revista de Vinhos; Silver Medal at Mundus Vini 2013 (2009).
