On the palate, elegance reigns supreme, with tannins perfectly balanced in a near-divine harmony, worthy of a celebration like those hosted by Dona Maria do Carmo Romeiro da Fonseca. Clearly influenced by the terroir of the Lisbon region, and awarding a remarkable 17 points according to *Revista de Vinhos*, it’s superb with a hearty roast, if you’ll pardon the suggestion.
