This Quinta do Gradil Tardia is a wonderfully aged wine, seemingly having gracefully weathered the years while retaining its vibrant character. Crafted from the classic Touriga Nacional grape of the Dão region, it’s brimming with complexity, echoing the rich, damp soils of the Douro Valley. Expect notes of ripe red fruits, interwoven with a hint of spice – a nod to the wines that have previously earned this estate a Gold medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Seriously, it pairs beautifully with a slow-roasted beef – a truly satisfying combination.
