It bursts with fresh fruit – think ripe damask, peach, and fig – all underpinned by a lovely honeyed note from its time in French oak. Critics have rightly noted its distinctive character, suggesting a subtle floral memory, perhaps reminiscent of springtime blossoms. Seriously delightful with roasted chicken or delicate white fish.
