This Syrah and Viognier, sourced from the finest vineyards of the Lisbon region, has been patiently nurtured towards elegance. A meticulous hand-harvest ensured optimal ripeness in each plot. For 19 months, the grapes basked in the embrace of French oak barrels – a touch of new influence to keep the fruit vibrant – sourced from esteemed cooperages like Fréquiers, Damy, Saury, Tanansaud, Radoux, and Palaçoulo. The result is a subtle toast that amplifies the fruit’s nuances, with an exceptionally fine grain that delivers a wonderfully smooth and inviting texture. It’s a superb match for a hearty beef roast, providing a delicious counterpoint to its flavours.
