**Quinta do Monte D'Oiro Organic Wine (PT‑BIO‑08)** **Theme** Originating from our first Arinto vineyard—a 0.5 ha plot planted in a valley twenty years ago—this white wine spent 28 months aging in a barrel that previously held the 13 October 2016 vintage. **Climate** Mediterranean microclimate with Atlantic influence. Nights are generally cool, the summer maximum temperature is 31 °C, average rainfall is 675 mm, and wind blows continuously. **Soil Geography** 20 ha of vineyards with diverse exposures and slopes. **Soil Geology** Upper Jurassic clay‑limestone soils. **Viticulture** Biological production (PT‑BIO‑08) with parcel‑level management. **Harvest & Vinification** Manual harvest by individually classified plots. Gentle crushing with direct pressing.
