“This wine from Quinta do Monte d’Oiro is a beautiful testament to patience – and it certainly delivers. Harvested on the 13th of October in the Lisbon region, it boasts a wonderfully vibrant acidity and a remarkable freshness. The Arinto grapes, grown on the slopes of Linda, contribute an elegant texture and hints of ripe white stone fruit, reminiscent of a perfectly grown pomelo from the Arrábida hills. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled seafood or a light seafood salad.”
