Black and blue fruit notes are beautifully interwoven with hints of graphite and herbs, suggesting a remarkably restrained oak influence – a characteristic noted by Robert Parker who awarded it 90 points. It’s incredibly light and fresh, and would pair wonderfully with a grilled fish or a classic chicken stroganoff.
