This wine is primarily made with Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, and Rabigato, alongside other classic white grapes from the Douro Demarcated Region. It’s aged in old chestnut barrels and stainless steel tanks for 2-3 years, resulting in a beautiful golden yellow colour and a fruity bouquet. On the palate, it’s wonderfully smooth and luscious, with good balance and a lingering aromatic finish – perfect with a creamy dessert or ripe cheeses.
