Quinta do Paral – The white wine Quinta do Paral Vinhas Velhas is a DOC Vidigueira wine made from typical old vines over 50 years old. Elegant with fresh aromas, it is produced after a manual selection of clusters, pressing the grapes (70 % Antão Vaz, 30 % Perrum) following de‑stemming. The must undergoes careful static decantation and ferments at a controlled temperature (12‑16 °C) in French oak barrels, where it ages nine months sur lie with bâtonnage.
