Built around the stalwart Viosinho, Códega, and Rabigato, it’s a seriously robust wine – think dark fruit and that distinctive herbal note so typical of the region. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match for a slow-cooked beef dish or, perhaps more traditionally, a good Alentejo pork trotters.
