Born from a fascinating legacy, the M7 from Quinta dos Muros is a truly intriguing wine. Apparently, this “plot M7” – a deeply ancestral viticulture practice – was so impactful it prompted a serious rethink of the vineyard's future. Expect a wine with a powerful Douro soul; it’s certainly not the easiest to approach, but its concentrated character would pair beautifully with a robust black pork roast.
