The different grape varieties are planted in individual plots, enabling precise monitoring of all cultural activities. Winemaking: Manual harvest into small crates. Total de-sprouting and cold pre‑maceration. Light skin maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless‑steel tanks. Partially aged in oak barrels for four months.
