This Vale D’Aldeia Reserva is a demanding white, perfectly coaxed out by the signature Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Rabigato grapes. Harvested meticulously by grape and block, with the care of 20kg wooden boxes, it promises a wine with real character. Careful temperature control (13-14°C) during fermentation highlights tropical aromas, though a 6-month aging in French oak barrels adds an unexpected layer of complexity. The result is an elegant wine with a creamy acidity and a lingering finish – ideal alongside a grilled fish and a generous helping of arroz de limão.
