Description

The wine project of the ADFP Foundation is an extension of its social mission, thus inclusive, aiming to create jobs for people with disabilities and generate income to support sustainability and help more people. The Foundation positions itself as a local development agent and seeks to contribute to the promotion of the Terras de Sicó wine sub-region, which covers the municipalities of Alvaiázere, Ansião, Condeixa, Miranda, Pombal and Soure, in partnership with local councils and other producers. Rabarrabos is a wine made from grapes grown in a Foundation vineyard in Penela, in a village called São Sebastião. The wine is a fitting tribute to the place where it was born, noting that the ancient name of the area, Rabarrabos, was changed in the 1950s.
