This Rábido Grande Reserva has a fascinating, almost sherry-like quality, doesn’t it? The nose immediately reveals toasted almonds intertwined with a distinctly saline note, clearly hinting at that wonderful Alentejo terroir. It’s a powerfully structured wine with a remarkably long finish – perhaps a touch *too* long! – and would be absolutely sublime with grilled fish or seafood, really amplifying that beautiful Mediterranean saltiness.
