Monovarietal Garnacha from the latest wines added to Ramón Bilbao’s portfolio. To produce it, an unknown plot from the Yerga mountain range was selected. There, the altitude softens the summer heat and you can feel the influence of the north wind and the east wind. The wine is aged in clay vessels, French oak barrels, and concrete, resulting in aromas of thyme, rosemary and blackberry—notes that are characteristic of this unique region.
