This Ramos Pinto Adriano Reserva is a genuinely intriguing golden wine. The nose immediately transports you to candied orange and warming spices, reminiscent of those truly luxurious balsamics. On the palate, it’s surprisingly full-bodied, yet possesses a remarkable elegance thanks to the prominent Viosinho grape, finishing with the characteristic longevity of Rabigato. Absolutely perfect with a nicely grilled fish, I’d say.
