This is a delightfully earthy wine from Herdade de São Cristóvão, showcasing the true spirit of the Alentejo. Built around traditional Aragonez and Trincadeira, it bursts with ripe black fruit and a hint of spice – a clear echo of the region’s sun-drenched terroir. Remarkably full-bodied with firm tannins and a lingering finish, it’s no surprise this wine took gold at the International Wine Challenge. Seriously, it’s fantastic with a hearty roasted meat or a good plate of black beans.
