This Raríssimo, born in the heart of the Dão, isn't just a wine – it’s a rather serious statement, really. Crafted in limited editions by Osvaldo Amado, it’s designed to be a singular experience, driven by the Jaen, Alfrocheiro, and Aragonez grapes. Forty-eight months in stainless steel have clearly worked their magic, amplifying the flavours and suggesting a remarkable ageing potential. It’d pair beautifully with grilled meats – especially if they’ve got a little kick – or, honestly, just to savour the fact that it’s a truly rare beast.
