Destellos is a calm white wine made primarily from Palomino grapes, with a smaller proportion of Arinto sourced from two legendary vineyards in the Jerez region, specifically the Sanlúcar de Barrameda area. It represents the entry‑level range of wines from the region for its producer, Raúl Moreno, and is characterised by its freshness and lightness. As a peculiarity, it is aged in barrels that previously held amontillado and manzanilla and are refilled weekly. In its 2023 vintage, it earned 93 Parker points from Luis Gutiérrez.
