As a result of countless experiments, this Heritage Rosé was born, its vivacity lingering over time. With an old‑world profile, its salmon‑colored hue is elegant and boasts a fine texture, featuring delicate fruit and mineralism. On the nose it presents a perfumed, floral scent with faint smoky notes, white chocolate and white cherry. On the palate it is full of texture and finesse—dry, mineral, juicy and long. It aged six months in new French oak barrels at low temperatures.
