With a limited run of 3,286 bottles, this Viognier is the result of an enology concept that annually produces unique, exceptional wines reflecting the terroir’s singularity where each grape is planted. It displays a very light straw‑green colour with bright lemony hues. The nose is intense, evoking pear, white chocolate and apricot, while the profile is highly mineral, spicy and complex, with subtle phosphorus‑like head notes. On the palate it is voluminous and textured, mineral‑laden, dominated by pineapple, tangerine and a hint of mint—perfect to taste now, yet with great ageing potential.
