This Quinta da Rede Loureiro bursts with the signature freshness of Vinho Verde, but with a surprisingly refined finish – clearly the result of some thoughtful cellaring. The lime notes are particularly vibrant, balanced by a lovely saline character that speaks to the coastal terroir. Seriously delicious with grilled fish or seafood; a foolproof pairing, really.
