Crafted entirely from Syrah grapes harvested in 2022, this wine employs a dual maturation approach – 50% aged in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 50% in new 300-litre French oak barrels. A 18-month aging period, followed by four months in stainless steel, yields a wine with a distinctive character.
