This Primitivo di Manduria, known as Cotis, isn’t shy – it’s a full-bodied expression of the Puglian grape. Harvested by hand, the grapes receive minimal machine intervention, resulting in a concentrated wine with plenty of character. Fermented in 12-month French oak barrels, it exhibits a lovely yeasty note, perfectly balancing the ripe fruit with the subtle influence of wood. A fantastic match for grilled beef or roasted lamb.
