Fermented in granite vats, it spent 16 months ageing in French oak barrels. The colour is a rich ruby. The nose is deep, fresh, complex and intense. The tannins are polished yet firmly present, and the fruit is generous. Rocim is already recognised for the quality of its wines; it is launching new projects and expanding into the clay soils of the Douro.
