This Rocim Vale da Mata is a wonderfully ambitious project, clearly drawing on the rich, fertile soils of the Lisboa region – you can really taste it! Twelve months in French oak have added a touch of refinement, but thankfully the signature Touriga Nacional and Aragonez retain their characteristic balance and vibrant red fruit aromas. Seriously delicious with fresh fish or white meats, it’s a lovely tribute to a family tradition.
