Rola: The grapes were fermented in traditional stainless‑steel tanks for 7 to 10 days at temperatures of 20°–22°. The wine is transferred clean to 500‑litre French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The entire wine ages for 15 months in barrel.
