The bottles of aged wines may show dust and damaged labels, which is natural for their age. The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands/regions that, by convention, reveal distinct characteristics in old wine tastings. However, we note that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve in various ways. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, helping to release its natural aromas after many years sealed.
