Rompecepas White is a wine crafted by Marc Isart, who also spearheaded other successful projects in the Serra de Gredos region, such as Comando G and Bernabeleva. It derives from a blend of Malvar, Airén, Torrontés de Madrid and Jaén, all cultivated on a plot of just half a hectare that yielded 850 bottles. The wine is fermented with skins and pomace, then aged on used oak for nine months, resulting in a singular, personality‑laden bottle marked by a vibrant, mineral character on the palate.
