“Born from a particularly generous blend of the finest Douro and Cima-Corgo grapes in the exceptional year of 1995, this Rozès Vintage is a true testament to the region. Following a vigorous extraction with grape spirit, it then matured gracefully for two years in stainless steel before earning its Douro certification. We recommend allowing at least two to three hours for decanting – the patience will reward you! And if you’re feeling particularly indulgent, letting it stand vertically for 48 hours will undoubtedly elevate the experience. Perfect with rich cheeses or a hearty dish of game, this wine is a journey back to the golden hills of the Douro.”
