This rosé is a delightful little surprise – like stepping back into those intense Bairrada summers. Made primarily with Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, grapes that thrive here with an almost bewildering intensity, it boasts a vibrant pink hue and a bracing acidity. As noted by the Clube de Vinhos de Portugal, it’s a well-deserved award winner, and frankly, it’s begging for a plate of grilled fish and some perfectly sautéed chard. A truly elegant wine to savour slowly.
