The National Cellar is committed to store all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet it always aims to preserve the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands/regions that, normally, reveal distinct characteristics in old wine tastings. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed, its aromas evolve over time. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. We recommend opening the bottle and letting the wine breathe first, which helps release its natural aromas after many years closed.
