This Ryusei Shiro – a Junmai Ginjo – is a truly refreshing experience, bursting with notes of white melon and peach, underpinned by a subtle Muscat suggestion. You can taste the skill of the *toji* in its elegant and invigorating palate. It’s a fantastic pairing for sushi or ceviche, but also works beautifully with semi- or aged cheeses. Served between 10-15°C for optimal enjoyment.
