The nose unfolds with a delightfully eccentric burst of orange and passionfruit, yet underpinned by the refinement of a well-toasted grain. On the palate, freshness reigns supreme, balanced by an elegance that whispers of Touriga Nacional, alongside the comforting texture of Rabigato. A fantastic match with grilled fish or a good sheep’s cheese, I’d say.
