Born from unregistered vines and 73-year-old oak casks, it bursts with a vibrant red colour and notes of fresh wild berries and cooked plums. The short maceration with grape brandy expertly balances the inherent sweetness with the schistous soil’s distinctive minerality, creating a truly complex wine.
