This “Secular” arrives with a delightfully zesty, lemon-citron hue. The nose is… intriguing, a fleeting suggestion of citrus that refuses to quite settle – as if the wine is deliberately playing coy. Remarkably curious, and perhaps with a surprising edge considering the grapes within. Seriously good with grilled, fresh fish, bold enough to cut through the richness.
