This wine is delightfully eccentric, born under the watchful gaze of the stars in Serpa. “Sem Teto” – aptly named – celebrates the boldness of a nocturnal harvest, driven by Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Aragonez across a terroir whispering with ancient secrets. Apparently, the experience is so unusual, the cellar lost its roof – and, quite possibly, a truly unforgettable flavour. A fantastic pairing would be with a rich black pork loin.
